Life is not fair, but you’ll only succeed by moving forward positively. CIPD report finds 40% increase in stress-related absence. Workforce research finds HR is not serving employees with money and gimmicks, what they want is flexibility and recognition.  And if you want an unstoppable team then set a goal that only a team can achieve and choose the right team players to get it done. Looking at technology, HBR and BCG research suggest workers are more excited and less anxious about technological change than their bosses, and McKinsey says that women stand to gain the most from AI.
