    Understand how to successfully collaborate & create a better Customer Experience

    Understand the principles that underpin successful collaboration (leverage Advantage insights tbc)

    Learn how to principles in your dialogue & plans.

    Ways that you can change how you engage to improve your Customers Experience

  • OBJECTIVE:
    Create the conditions for success – understand the enablers to developing a Customer Centric culture


     

    LEARN:
    What success looks like – creating your Vision for Customers.

    How to develop the roadmap – the core components needed.

    How to influence the business, develop the culture and gain the support needed.
