Some positive outcomes of the pandemic: research by BCG finds 75% workers believe their productivity has stayed the same or increased since moving to home working. McKinsey reports 10 years change in 6 months with dramatic growth in ecommerce and consumer’s openness to new brands. Scaling leadership in a pandemic requires alignment on the why/what/how/who and straight talking to lead to true collaboration and performance. McKinsey identifies 6 mindsets for problem solving in a complex and uncertain world, FTSE 100 companies perform better with at least 1/3 female executives, and patient leaders are rewarded with more collaborative and productive teams.
