All the talk among researchers is, of course, about the virus – its impact on our work lives and the opportunities for a post-pandemic world that might be a little better than the old one.  McKinsey invites us to reimagine the future and set our businesses and our people on a new path to success. BCG identifies ‘bionic companies’ which successfully combine technology and human capital to thrive. We are reminded though that in a crisis some areas of the workplace do not do well and McKinsey research indicates that diversity and inclusion can become deprioritised in these times.
