HBR encourages us to prepare for post-pandemic by envisioning the future and developing a strategy to get there.  BCG suggests the changes which will endure are those that have revealed weaknesses or friction in our current ways of working. Automation continues to change the skills balance and will create demand for greater humanity and thinking skills.  Businesses need to develop digital dexterity in their workforce and provide opportunities for employees to transition into new roles. McKinsey suggests now is the time to double-down on purpose to attract and retain employees and customers for the future.
