McKinsey research finds people are positive about technology’s impact on society, but we need to agree on what positive looks like! They propose a Helix organisation where individual development is decoupled from getting stuff done in an agile world. Research finds top innovators have bold aspirations and are disciplined in decision making.

Learning could be the key to success in a changing world and neuroscience has BLESSED us with learning insights including belief and deep processing. Ken Blanchard says that there is a sweet spot between candour and curiosity, enabling effective conversations, but don’t allow rudeness to creep in even if you’re busy, take time to connect with others.  Remote working may not be all its cracked up to be – its all about balancing flexibility and isolation.
