People rate the time spent with their boss as the least enjoyable of their work day – so make them happy to be more productive, but don’t be optimistic – aim for better instead of perfect.  Women out-perform men in 17/19 leadership competencies but lack confidence when they are young. To encourage women to aim higher, build open cultures, set clear expectations and support them to believe in themselves. McKinsey research finds successful digital growth comes from accelerating business rhythms and practices. Successful teams share a purpose beyond their tasks and are open to debate and to exploring crazy ideas. And if you want to break down silos start by identifying and supporting the relationship brokers in the organisation.
