Some weeks involve big decisions being made. This week has three that particularly stand out.

Thursday marks the 75th anniversary of D-Day, when the largest seaborne invasion force in history set sail for France on a mission to liberate Europe. A decision involving 156,000 troops and the fate of millions.

Friday could be termed ‘May Day’ when the British PM steps down. Her successor will lead the choice of the country’s relationship with Europe.

And today is S-Day when a new team product, Squadify, is launched, which puts the power for success into the hands of teams.

What does this mean for leadership?

It’s estimated that we make 35,000 decisions a day. Some will liberate you, perhaps separate you or even accelerate your chances of success.
