Our Silver Anniversary

By Pia Lee, CEO, LIW

Twenty-five years ago, two British ex-Army officers commissioned a Land Rover, designed a lion emblem and opened the door of LIW; a leadership development consultancy aimed at ‘building a legacy of leadership’.  On its silver anniversary, their purpose and vision has delivered thousands of programs worldwide and positively impacted eight hundred thousand leaders in countries, corporations and communities.

What does it mean for leadership?

In 1994,  Jim Collins and Jerry Porras published Built to Last; Successful Habits of Visionary Companies. Their principles have been the guiding light of LIW’s success; a vision and strategy that flexes to support the evolving needs of leadership combined with an unconditional purpose – to democratise leadership. And with a smile on our face.

We raise a glass, to thank the many of you for the journey so far…and toast the next!
